What is Reiki?

What should I wear to a session?
You should wear comfortable loose fitting clothing: something you can relax in and something in which you can move freely.
Who can benefit from a healing session?
Mothers who need a little time and space for themselves. Athletes wanting to feel more connected in their bodies to increase their performance. Musicians looking to have a deeper emotional connection with their music. Office workers with constant pain in their necks and backs. Anyone looking to connect with their true self.
How can a healing session help me?
A session can help relieve stress, heal emotional and physical ailments, and help you take charge of your life.
Do you take health insurance?
No, at this time I do not.
How do I prepare for a session?
There are no special preparations needed. The best thing you can do is give yourself enough time to get to the session so you do not feel rushed. I suggest avoiding caffeine in the hours leading up to when we meet. It is also important to leave yourself time after your session to re-enter your daily life.
